PLM Management and 3D Project is developed and designed by CAD/CAM Technology, Simulations, FEM Analysis, CFD and Rapid Prototyping.
Aerosystems manufactures prototypes for testing, such as functional, Environmental and Electro-Magnetic Qualification Tests (in compliance with MIL-STD-810, RTCA/DO-160, AMCA210 and many other specifications).

In our Company we have an air-conditioned Metrology Department equipped Mechanical, Electrical and Phisical Measuring Instruments. Aerosystems Metrology Department capability include Go-No Go Gages, CMM Arm, Calipers, Micrometers, Gauges, Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Flow-Meters, Ground Testers and many others.

Electronic Circuits and Cables Assemblies are produced at Aerosystems facility in our Electronics and EPA Department by trained and qualified
technicians. Cables and Connectors are in conformity with MIL-DTL-D38999 for aerospace data and power applications.
