Aerosystems S.r.l. has received EASA Part 145 Certification for its Angera (VA) Italy headquarters.
Angera facility was opened in 2019 and provides specialized maintenance of Precision Aerospace Components. The facility offers scheduled maintenance, inspections, component maintenance, spare parts program and aircraft support.
In line with Aerosystems’ efforts to develop internal capabilities; this week we have reached another crucial milestone by obtaining the EASA Part 145 Maintenance Organisation Approval Certificate.
The EASA Part 145 approval is issued by ENAC Italian Directorate General of Civil Aviation after the review of Aerosystems’ submitted set of documentation, audit of facilities and review of personnel qualifications for the performance of maintenance activities on its components.
The EASA Part 145 approval will enable Aerosystems to maintain its components independent from third parties which will lead operational flexibility, aircraft service reliability and cost saving for our growing operations.
Aerosystems have been steadily improving skills and developing capabilities. Obtaining EASA Part 145 approval for the maintenance of our components was one of the main objectives on the way to achieving our greater goals. We are very glad and happy to be getting to that point
